The Linden Fire Department’s annual community event focused on preventing fires and staying safe at home, bringing residents of all ages together with local first responders.
Families visited information tables, explored emergency vehicles and met fire personnel. Young visitors also had an opportunity to try handling a fire hose with a firefighter’s help, making safety education an engaging, hands-on experience.
The evening offered residents a chance to get to know the people who serve their community. The city shared a reminder at the heart of the event: “We are safer together.”
